Delivery information

We deliver to every district and upazila in Bangladesh. Enter your delivery address at checkout and the exact fee for that district is calculated before you pay.

The delivery fee depends on where the order is going:

• Inside Dhaka: ৳80
• Outside Dhaka: ৳150
• Other areas, where no district-specific rate applies: ৳120

Free delivery on orders over ৳3,000.

• Orders are confirmed within 24 hours of being placed.
• Inside Dhaka deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 days.
• Outside Dhaka deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 days.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Public holidays, courier delays and bad weather can add a day or two, particularly during Ramadan and Eid.

As soon as your order is confirmed you can follow its progress from your account under Orders. Each order also has an order number, which you can use with your phone number to look up an order without signing in.

If the courier cannot reach you, they will attempt delivery again. After three failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we refund the order less the delivery charge. Please keep your phone number accurate and answer calls from an unknown number.
