BanglaBagan sells consumer electronics, fashion and home goods online for delivery within Bangladesh. Contact details are on our contact page.

• An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you submit the order form.
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• You must give accurate contact and delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery caused by information you supplied.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the listed price was obviously wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.

• Prices are shown in ৳ and include the price of the goods only. Delivery charges are shown separately before you order.
• Payment is due by the method you selected at checkout: cash on delivery, or one of the mobile wallets or card gateways we support.
• Online payments are processed by the gateway, not by us. We never receive your card or wallet PIN.
• We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when the order was placed.

Delivery charges and timeframes are set out on our delivery page. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the courier. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report any damage within 7 days.

Our returns policy is on the returns page and forms part of these terms. Manufacturer warranties apply to faulty products; warranty claims are handled by us on your behalf with the brand or its authorised service centre. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.

• Keep your password to yourself. Anyone who knows it can place orders in your name.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for orders placed through your account or through a guest order that used your phone number.

You must not use the store to place fraudulent orders, to harass anyone, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, or to resell our goods commercially without a written agreement. We may block access and cancel orders where we suspect this.

We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our own negligence or by goods being faulty or not as described. We are not responsible for business losses, lost profit, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, which includes courier strikes, civil unrest, weather and government orders. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The store's name, logo, product photography, copy and layout belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

We may update these terms, and the version on this page is the one that applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts and tribunals of Bangladesh have jurisdiction. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms still apply.
